Welcome to Marlborough Wine Limited. We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience, whether you purchase from our online store or visit us in person. Below you will find our shipping policy, which outlines how we handle shipping for our products.

1. Shipping and Delivery

1.1. Shipping: We offer shipping of our wines to addresses within New Zealand only. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location.  If collecting in Auckland, orders can be picked up during business hours, Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm.  Please bring a valid ID and your order reference number at the time of collection.  For international shipping, please contact us directly for a price at [email protected].  Shipping prices within New Zealand are determined by recipient location and are advised at the time of check-out. 

1.1a Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day. Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

1.1b By placing an order, you confirm that you are legal drinking age in New Zealand.  All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.

1.1c All orders can be tracked by contacting [email protected].  Please advise the purchaser name and order reference number. 

1.1d Payment for orders must be made at the time of purchase through the payment methods accepted on the Website. Marlborough Wine Limited uses secure payment processing services, but we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of your payment information.

     2. Delivery: While we make every effort to deliver orders promptly, we do not guarantee specific delivery times. Delivery times provided are estimates only and are subject to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and courier delays.

     3. Returns and Refunds

3.1. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the wine(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that the wine(s) are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

3.2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any shipping fees, within a reasonable time after the returned wine(s) are received and inspected by Marlborough Wines Limited.  Items purchased in-store can be returned to our physical location during business hours. Please bring your receipt and the item in its original condition.
